Overview
Biomass Boiler-Specific Design: The control system is specifically designed for corner tube boilers, covering the process control requirements from fuel feeding equipment (such as conveyor belts and blowers) to flue gas emission, and from water source to steam generation, as well as the safety monitoring control needs.
Integrated Control Functions: Includes combustion sequence control, steam pressure and temperature control, water level management, negative pressure and deaerator control, etc., to comprehensively optimize boiler operation efficiency.
Auxiliary Equipment Management: Controls the boiler's auxiliary equipment, including water pumps, coal feeders, slag removers, dust collectors, economizers, deaerators, condensate recovery devices, and continuous blowdown devices, enabling fully automated operation.
Communication and Control Core
Communication Interface: Equipped with RS485 bus, Ethernet, and GPRS wireless communication, supporting integration with industrial automation systems such as SCADA systems and IoT systems.
Control System: Optional PLCs from domestic or internationally renowned brands (Siemens, Schneider, Mitsubishi, Omron, Allen-Bradley, etc.), ensuring system reliability and efficiency. The system can be configured with an upper-level computer or use a DCS control system. Alternatively, a simple button-based microcontroller control system can be selected.
Operating Interface: Offers high-resolution touch screen options of 7", 10", 12", or 15" (MCGS or Siemens series), with a user-friendly interface design that simplifies the operation process.
Control Features
Precision Control and Optimization: Automatically adjusts the frequency of the primary and secondary air fans based on the type and amount of fuel, optimizing combustion efficiency.
High-Efficiency Operation: Achieves efficient combustion by precisely controlling the feeder and grate, adjusting the boiler load according to fuel calorific value and system energy consumption.
Comprehensive Monitoring and Protection: Real-time monitoring of various operating parameters of the boiler. When parameters exceed safety limits, the system automatically triggers alarms and interlocking protection to ensure system safety.
Simplified Operation: Provides one-click start/stop and optimized control, simplifying the operational process and improving ease of use.
